Construction began in October 1989 and was completed in September 1991, marking an important milestone in Sendai's modern urban development. Its completion demonstrated the city's ambitions for vertical expansion and modernization throughout Miyagi Prefecture.
The tower represents the first high-rise residential building in Miyagi Prefecture, setting new standards for vertical living in the region.
