City Tower Sendai is a 30-story residential skyscraper in the Aoba district standing nearly 100 meters tall. The building contains approximately 132 residential units and provides multiple parking facilities for occupants.

Construction began in October 1989 and was completed in September 1991, marking an important milestone in Sendai's modern urban development. Its completion demonstrated the city's ambitions for vertical expansion and modernization throughout Miyagi Prefecture.

The tower represents the first high-rise residential building in Miyagi Prefecture, setting new standards for vertical living in the region.

The building is located just a 6-minute walk from Sendai Station, making it easily accessible by public transportation. Its central location offers convenient access for both residents and visitors exploring the city.

The structure occupies a strategic location bordered by Kamon-cho to the east and Suenashi-kamon-cho to the west, covering 13,438 square meters.
