The Gimhae National Museum exhibits extensive collections of archaeological artifacts, metalwork, ceramics, and tomb relics from the Gaya civilization.
The museum, inaugurated on July 29, 1998, focuses on preserving and documenting the heritage of the Gaya Kingdom that existed from the 1st to 6th century.
The permanent exhibition halls display numerous artifacts that demonstrate the advanced metallurgy techniques and pottery craftsmanship of the Gaya civilization.
The museum welcomes visitors from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM every day except Mondays, New Year's Day, Lunar New Year, and Korean Thanksgiving.
The Children's Museum section provides interactive exhibits and educational programs specifically designed to teach young visitors about Gaya history.
