Legoland Korea Resort stretches across 280,000 square meters on Jungdo Island, featuring over 40 rides and attractions for families with children.
The development originated from a 2011 agreement between Gangwon Province and Merlin Entertainment Group, leading to the park's inauguration on May 5, 2022.
The Miniland section presents detailed replicas of notable South Korean landmarks, including Gyeongbokgung Palace and Busan Marine City constructed with Lego blocks.
The resort includes themed accommodations, restaurants, shops, and multiple entertainment zones such as Bricktopia, Lego Castle, Lego City, and Ninjago World.
This Legoland location stands as the first park built on an island, incorporating archaeological sites dating back 5,000 years within its grounds.
