Гробница Кванхэ-гуна, Royal burial tomb in Jingeon-eup, South Korea.
The burial site consists of traditional stone sculptures and ceremonial structures arranged according to Joseon dynasty architectural principles at an elevation of 37 degrees north.
The tomb was established in 1623 following the deposition of Gwanghaegun, the 15th king of Joseon dynasty who ruled from 1608 to 1623.
The tomb incorporates traditional Korean burial elements, including stone figures, curved walls, and ceremonial pathways that represent royal status in Korean society.
The burial site maintains regular visiting hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with guided tours available in Korean and English through the local cultural office.
Despite being a royal tomb, this site lacks the ceremonial status of other Joseon royal burials due to Gwanghaegun's controversial removal from power.
