One Galle Face, Mixed-use development at Galle Face Green, Sri Lanka
One Galle Face is a mixed-use development at Galle Face Green with seven floors containing shops, restaurants, and entertainment facilities throughout its structure. The complex combines retail, dining, and leisure spaces designed for day and evening visits.
The project started with a hotel opening in 2017, followed by residential towers added in 2018, and the shopping center opened in 2019. This phase-by-phase growth transformed the Galle Face area over a span of years.
The complex brings together international brands alongside local merchants selling traditional handcrafted goods, spices, and tea specialties from Sri Lanka. Visitors experience a mix of global and regional retailers that reflects how people shop in the city today.
The center sits by the water and provides parking for visitors arriving by car or motorcycle. The range of shops and restaurants means you can easily spend several hours here without running out of things to do.
The top floors hold several restaurants with views of the Indian Ocean where diners can see the sea while eating. An indoor play area inside offers different activities for young children.
