The mall opened its doors on December 5, 2011, following the architectural design by Davide Padoa from Design International, a London-based architecture firm.
The retail complex combines contemporary design with Moroccan architectural elements, hosting exhibitions and events that showcase regional artisans and performers.
The shopping center provides parking spaces for 5,000 vehicles and maintains extended operating hours to accommodate both local residents and international visitors.
The central aquarium, Aquadream, contains one million liters of water and allows visitors to take cylindrical elevator rides through its marine environment.
