The Casablanca Finance City Tower rises 136 meters into the sky with 28 floors of office space and commercial facilities in central Casablanca.
The construction started in 2016 on the former Casablanca-Anfa Airport site and reached completion in 2019, marking a new chapter in Morocco's financial development.
The building design by Morphosis Architects combines international architectural standards with local elements to establish Casablanca's position in global finance.
The tower contains modern office spaces equipped with advanced technological infrastructure and provides direct access to transportation networks in the financial district.
Thornton Tomasetti engineered the structural elements while Transsolar Energietechnik implemented environmental technologies throughout the fourth tallest building in Morocco.
