Vincent Timsit Workshop, Architectural workshop in Roches Noires, Casablanca, Morocco.

The Vincent Timsit Workshop is an industrial building in Casablanca featuring curved arches and open spaces designed for mirror production and metalwork operations. The structure combines modern design principles with local construction techniques across its generous work areas.

Jean-François Zevaco designed this workshop in 1952 during a period of rapid industrial expansion in Morocco. The building emerged when new manufacturing facilities were shaping the economic growth of the city.

The building combines modernist architectural principles with local Moroccan construction methods, reflecting the fusion of European and North African design approaches.

The building is located along Boulevard Moulay Ismail with good street access and visibility. Visitors should note that it remains an active workplace with limited interior access for tours.

The building's distinctive parabolic arches were inspired by Oscar Niemeyer's architecture and create striking geometric forms throughout its facade. These curved elements were an unusual choice for an industrial building of this period in North Africa.
