Sungai Kalimantan is a water ride spanning about 470 meters of track, where rafts journey through a jungle-themed environment. The route guides passengers through natural water currents, tunnels, and waterfall sequences.
This ride opened in 1997 and was manufactured by Bear Rides AG. It has served as a main attraction within Avonturenpark Hellendoorn since its debut.
The ride draws on river travel traditions from Indonesia and references the natural waterways of the Kalimantan region. Visitors encounter design elements that echo these riverine landscapes.
Each raft holds six passengers, and children must be accompanied by adults. The minimum height to ride is 0.90 meters (3 feet).
