Grand Riviera Suites is a residential skyscraper in Ermita with 57 floors containing approximately 1,000 apartments of different sizes. The building stands along Roxas Boulevard near Manila Bay, offering views and direct access to the waterfront area.
Construction started in 2011 and was completed in 2014. The project was developed by Moldex Realty with architectural direction from Asya Design Partner.
The building represents modern urban residential development in Manila, positioned near museums, educational institutions, and the United States Embassy.
Four high-speed elevators provide easy access throughout the building, along with a swimming pool and gym facilities. Parking and round-the-clock security services are available to those visiting or living in the complex.
