Wynsum Corporate Plaza, Commercial skyscraper in Ortigas Center, Philippines
Wynsum Corporate Plaza is an office tower on Emerald Avenue in Ortigas Center, Pasig City, in the Philippines. The building rises 35 floors and features a facade of polished red granite combined with a double-glazed curtain wall.
The tower was completed in 2000, during a period of rapid growth in Ortigas Center as a business district. This development was part of a broader transformation that reshaped Pasig City around the turn of the century.
The building hosts offices for various international corporations and functions as part of Ortigas, the busy financial district where daily activity centers on commerce and professional services. Its presence reflects how the city has become a major business hub within Metro Manila.
The building is accessible through the main entrance on Emerald Avenue during business hours. Eleven elevators connect the floors, making it straightforward to move around inside.
The building was designed by Filipino firm Pimentel Rodriguez Simbulan & Partners, who deliberately chose red granite for the exterior. This was a direct response to the largely glass and grey facades that dominated the surrounding area at the time.
