Tomb of Baha'al-Halim

The tomb features an octagonal structure with turrets at each corner, covered by two domes and decorated with glazed bricks and arched windows.

Built during the 15th century, the tomb experienced substantial damage in 1817 when flooding caused the destruction of significant sections of the structure.

The shrine marks the burial place of Baha'al-Halim, demonstrating the deep-rooted Sufi traditions and spiritual significance within Islamic practices in Punjab.

The monument stands as part of a group of five structures in Uch Sharif on the tentative UNESCO World Heritage list, accessible through transportation routes from Bahawalpur.

The interior design incorporates circular chambers with thick angled walls rising two stories, enhanced by blue and white mosaic tile decorations.
