Naramowice

Naramowice is a residential district in northern Poznań that spreads across a large area with modern apartment buildings, traditional houses, and green spaces. The neighborhood runs along the Warta River banks and offers a mix of newer and older residential structures.

The settlement began in 1366 as a noble village within the Poznań district, later developing a manor house and two mills by the 1700s. This rural past shaped the land for centuries until it transformed into a residential area in modern times.

The community center at Lotaryńska 6 brings neighbors together for workshops, exhibitions, and local events throughout the year. It reflects how residents have created a gathering place to strengthen their connections and share creative interests.

The district is easy to explore on foot thanks to continuous sidewalks and residential streets that are clearly marked. Green spaces and riverside paths offer pleasant walking routes and are easily accessible from the neighborhood center.

Several new residential complexes such as Osiedle Przy Rezerwacie, Osiedle Zielona Podkowa, and Osiedle Żurawiniec have dramatically reshaped the district in recent years. These modern developments turned formerly agricultural land into carefully designed neighborhoods with thoughtful layouts and planted areas.
