Escola Superior de Música de Lisboa

Escola Superior de Música de Lisboa is a music conservatory in Benfica housed in a modern building with a 400-seat auditorium and specialized studio spaces. It offers programs in orchestral instruments, piano, organ, guitar, ancient music, singing, jazz, composition, and music technology.

The institution was founded in 1983 and is now a main component of Instituto Politécnico de Lisboa. It has evolved into a driving force in music education across Portugal.
