The mansion stands at the intersection of Rua Mouzinho da Silveira and Rua Alexandre Herculano, currently serving as headquarters for Instituto da Vinha e do Vinho.
The structure features a rectangular layout with a ground floor appearing as a basement on two streets due to the terrain's natural slope.
