Dealu Mare Monastery, Orthodox monastery in Borăscu, Romania.
The monastery's church follows a Greek cross plan with an altar and dome, incorporating Italian classical architecture and Byzantine design elements throughout its structure.
Constantin Savoiu, a senator of Mehedinți County and supporter of the 1859 Romanian Union, established the monastery in 1865 and was later buried there in 1878.
The monastery celebrates two main religious events: the Assumption of Mary on August 15 and the feast of Holy Emperors Constantine and Helena on May 21.
Visitors can reach the monastery through DN66/E97 road from Filiasi to Târgu Jiu, with multiple access routes available from neighboring communities.
Following its closure in 1962, the monastery underwent extensive restoration from 1992 to 2001, transforming from an abandoned structure into an active religious center.
