The Military Hospital at Vračar occupies eight hectares of land and consists of twelve buildings connected through landscaped grounds in Belgrade.
Established in 1904, Polish doctor Roman Sondermajer initiated the construction of this medical facility, which began after land agreements with Belgrade municipality.
The hospital buildings showcase German Romanesque architectural influences with minimal decorations and exhibit a functional design focused on medical services.
The facility provides specialized healthcare services to military personnel and their families, with parking available in Zone 3 of the surrounding area.
The hospital complex introduced the pavilion-type architectural concept to the region and contributed to establishing the Medical Faculty at Belgrade University.
