Marićevića jaruga

Marićevića jaruga is a memorial complex in Orašac featuring a marble fountain, plaques, and carved reliefs of key leaders. The site displays artworks and objects connected to important moments.

The location marks where Serbian leaders met on February 15, 1804, to choose Karađorđe Petrović as their commander. This gathering launched the resistance against Ottoman rule.
