Sevast'yanov house, 19th-century mansion near City Pond, Yekaterinburg, Russia
The white, green, and terracotta building displays ornamental features combining Neo-Gothic elements with Baroque architecture and Moorish decorative patterns across its facade.
Mining industrialist Nikolai Sevastyanov acquired the property in 1860 and commissioned architect Alexander Paduchev to transform it into a grand residence by 1866.
The mansion reflects the architectural preferences of wealthy Russian industrialists during the 19th century, incorporating multiple European design elements into a single structure.
The building functions as an official residence for government meetings and international forums, with specific visiting hours from Monday through Friday.
Local materials were used throughout the construction, including the distinctive round rotunda that was added to the structure in 1829.
