The Taganrog Military Museum houses an extensive collection of military vehicles, weapons, uniforms, documents, and historical artifacts from different periods.
Established in May 2004, the museum experienced a devastating fire in October 2014 that destroyed the building and its entire collection.
The museum exhibits GAZ-AA trucks, GAZ-67 jeeps, BA-64 armored cars, and full-scale replicas of weapons including PPSh-41 and SVT-40 rifles.
Located at Lesnaya Birzha 20b, the museum operates daily during summer months and maintains reduced hours from September through May.
The collection features numerous mockups of World War II equipment, including German military vehicles like the Opel P4 and BMW R12 motorcycles.
