Villa Milos is a residential building in Feodosia that displays symmetrical facades, classical columns, and decorative stone details characteristic of neoclassicism. The structure showcases the architectural vocabulary popular in the Crimean region during the early 1900s.
The building was completed in 1911 by architect Mikhail Fedorovich Piskunov when Feodosia was developing as a resort town. Its construction occurred during a period of rapid architectural development along the Black Sea coast.
The villa holds dual recognition in the State Register of Immovable Monuments of Ukraine and as a federal cultural heritage site in Russia.
