Kaleici Museum, Cultural museum in Kaleici district, Antalya, Turkey
The Suna and Inan Kirac Kaleici Museum occupies two protected buildings in the Barbaros district, featuring exhibits about regional traditions and daily life.
The main building, a traditional Turkish house with an outer sofa, underwent complete restoration between 1993 and 1995 after the Kirac family acquired it.
The museum displays various aspects of Turkish folk traditions through exhibits about coffee ceremonies, traditional weddings, and local customs from the 19th century.
The museum sits near Antalya's yacht harbor, with convenient access through public transportation, offering guided tours and educational programs throughout the year.
The second building, a former Orthodox church dedicated to Aya Yorgi, maintains its original hand-drawn ceiling and wall decorations while functioning as an exhibition space.
