Devlet Bahçeli Bridge

The Devlet Bahceli Bridge stretches 1670 meters across the Seyhan River with three road lanes and one light railway line in each direction.

Construction began in March 2016 with a foundation stone ceremony by the Metropolitan Municipality of Adana, and the bridge opened on April 28, 2023.

The structure bears the name 15 July Martyrs Bridge to commemorate specific events in Turkish history while connecting the Cukurova and Saricam districts.

The bridge accommodates between 55,000 and 60,000 vehicles daily, featuring a width of 40 meters that includes dedicated lanes for cars and light rail transport.

At 825 meters in length, this transportation link required an investment of 120 million Turkish lira and represents the fourth longest bridge in Turkey.
