Ramazanoğlu Hall, Historical mansion in central Adana, Turkey

Ramazanoğlu Hall is a three-story residential building with stone construction on the lower level and brick on the upper stories. The structure combines two different building techniques to achieve durability and stability.

The building was constructed in 1495 as a private residence for the Ramazanoglu family, a branch of the local nobility. It later hosted visits from high-ranking Ottoman rulers and became significant in the city's history.

The main upper room displays high ceilings typical of regional building style and bears a religious inscription on its west wall. This arrangement reflects the home's role as a residence for an important local family.

The building functions today as a cultural center and is typically accessible during opening hours. Visitors should check whether events are scheduled, as these may affect access to the space.

The building ranks among the few surviving examples of 15th-century civilian architecture in the region and preserves its original construction methods to this day. Its existence offers a rare glimpse into how wealthy families lived during that era.
