Ramazanoğlu Hall, Historical mansion in central Adana, Turkey
The three-story structure incorporates hewn stone on the lower level and brick construction on the upper floors, measuring 16 by 10.5 meters.
Completed in 1495 by Piri Mehmet Pasha, the mansion served as a residence for the Ramazanoglu family and received visits from Ottoman Sultans Suleiman and Murad IV.
The interior features high ceilings characteristic of Cukurova architecture, with a Koranic verse inscribed on the west wall of the main upper room.
The mansion operates as a cultural center under Cukurova University, hosting regular conferences on Saturdays and Turkish Classical Music concerts on Wednesdays.
The building remains one of the few civil architecture examples from the 15th century that maintains its original structural integrity to the present day.
