I-shou University is a private institution in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, with a main campus in Guanyinshan and a medical campus in Yanchao District. The facility offers study programs across ten academic areas and includes undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral studies in various disciplines.
The institution opened in 1986 as Kaohsiung Polytechnic Institute through the initiative of I-Shou Lin. Eleven years later it received its current standing as a full institution and expanded its offerings through additional academic areas and locations.
