The Financial Star Building measures 123.7 meters in height and features 30 floors above ground level with 4 basement levels beneath the structure.
Completed in 1993, this building maintained its position as the tallest structure in Taoyuan City until 2012, when ChungYuet Royal Landmark exceeded its height.
The structure reflects Taiwan's rapid economic development during the 1990s through its integration of commercial spaces and modern architectural design.
Located near Zhongli railway station, the building contains numerous office spaces and retail establishments across its multiple floors.
The building's architectural design incorporates four underground levels, making it one of the first structures in Zhongli with extensive subterranean development.
