Renhai Temple, Chinese temple in Zhongli District, Taiwan.

The temple features ornate decorations, painted beams, and detailed sculptures throughout its main halls and surrounding courtyards.

Established in 1826, the temple initially enshrined Guanyin before incorporating Mazu as the main deity from Beigang Chaotian Temple in 1828.

The temple holds regular ceremonies and festivals that bring together local residents for traditional practices and community celebrations.

Located at 198 Yanping Road, the temple welcomes visitors daily from 5:00 AM to 8:30 PM and maintains multiple halls for worship and contemplation.

During the Japanese military campaign in Taiwan, Prince Kitashirakawa Yoshihisa selected this temple as his temporary residence.
