The park spans 34 hectares, featuring a substantial lake fed by underground water sources and surrounded by walking paths through green spaces.
The area transformed from a local dumping ground into a public recreational space when the park opened its gates in 1999.
The park includes ecological islands and observation areas where visitors learn about local flora and fauna within the East Rift Valley.
Visitors can access the park through Guanshan Station, with entrance fees set at NT$50 for adults and NT$30 for concessions.
The park connects directly to the Guanshan Township Bike Loop, considered among the finest cycling routes in Taiwan.
