Park Vysokiy Zamok, Historical park on Castle Hill in Lviv, Ukraine.
Located on two terraces reaching 413 meters above sea level, Park Vysokiy Zamok spreads across 36 hectares of landscaped hills and pathways.
The park establishment began in 1835 under city gardener Bauer's direction, incorporating remnants of medieval fortifications that previously stood on Castle Hill.
The upper terrace features an artificial mound constructed between 1869 and 1900 to commemorate the Lublin Union's 300th anniversary.
Visitors can reach the park through Maxim Krivonos Street by car or on foot, with parking available near the restaurant at the entrance.
The park contains an artificial grotto decorated with stone lions from the old town hall, displaying shields with Lviv patrician family coats of arms.
