Snopkivskyi park

Snopkivskyi Park spreads across 48.3 hectares of land, featuring extensive walking paths, diverse green spaces, and multiple recreational areas throughout its territory.

The park was established between 1959 and 1963 on former industrial grounds that contained abandoned sand and clay quarries from previous brick manufacturing facilities.

The Lviv Municipal Children's Ecological Center within the park provides environmental education through various workshops and maintains a mini-zoo with diverse animal species.

The park contains over 13,800 meters of pathways lined with chestnut, lime, and maple trees, connecting different sections and providing accessible routes for visitors.

The park includes a 5-hectare continuous flowering garden and a circular rose garden that showcases more than 40 different rose varieties throughout the growing season.
