Вакуленці, Residential area in Podilskyi District, Ukraine
Vakulentsi extends along the left bank of the Vorskla River in the northeastern outskirts of Poltava, containing primarily one and two-story residential houses.
In January 1988, the village of Vakulentsi was officially incorporated into the city limits of Poltava through a decree by the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic.
The settlement divides into two distinct sections: the eastern historical part originating from the original village and the western section developed in recent decades.
Public transportation connects Vakulentsi to central Poltava through two bus routes: number 1 from the covered market and number 62 to the Almanzny district.
The northern section of western Vakulentsi contains former military training grounds belonging to the Poltava Higher Military Command School of Communications.
