Villa Divo sits on the western side of Simeiz, supported by tall retaining walls with openwork railings decorated with Maltese crosses. The structure spans multiple levels and currently contains several residential apartments with Black Sea views.

The villa was built in 1902 by architect Y.P. Semenov for his brother V.P. Semenov, marking the start of Simeiz as a resort area. This construction was a turning point in the region's development as a leisure destination.

The building displays rectangular volumes, crenellated towers, and varied window designs that echo medieval European fortresses. This architectural language shapes how visitors perceive and experience the structure today.

The building is located at 76 Sovetskaya Street in Simeiz and is surrounded by a paved courtyard with access points. As it is an active residential building, visitors should approach respectfully and at reasonable times.

The structure contains nineteen rooms spread across different levels, with wooden balcony railings and multiple architectural details in neo-renaissance style. This spatial complexity creates an intricate layout that residents navigate through separate pathways.
