Villa Xenia

Villa Xenia is a mansion featuring neo-Baroque design with gray stone walls located near Mount Koshka along the Crimean coast. The building displays ornamental facades characteristic of early 20th-century seaside estates.

The mansion was built in 1911 when Simeiz was becoming a coastal resort town, marking the era of Russian aristocratic leisure before the revolution. Its construction coincided with a period when wealthy families sought retreats along the Black Sea shore.
