Сакля Сабурова, Mansion and apartment building in Simeiz, Russia.
The Saburova Mansion combines early 20th century architectural elements with colored stained glass windows and decorative metal roofing in its structure.
Initially constructed before 1912 under engineers N.P. Subbotin and V.D. Subbotin, the building was sold to Semyon Fedorovich Saburov in 1916.
The building stands as an example of early 20th century Russian architecture, featuring regional design elements common in Crimean residential structures.
Located at 72 Sovetskaya Street in Simeiz, the structure maintains its residential function while preserving its architectural heritage status.
Originally built as a three-room house, the mansion transformed from a private residence into a resort hotel following the 1920 nationalization.
