Description
Orlyatko Park is a green space covering about 11 hectares with walking paths that wind through gardens and landscaped areas planted with native trees. The grounds are divided into different zones where geometric patterns blend with natural landscape elements.
History
The park was established in 1961 on the site of a former orchard that had long remained outside Kyiv's city limits. Its creation marked the expansion of the city into this area.
