The single-story stone building combines Moorish architectural elements with classical designs, featuring high ceilings and wooden balustrades on the terrace.
Prince Lev Golitsyn established this estate in 1880 after purchasing the land in 1878, initiating industrial wine production in southern Russia.
The museum displays 413 artifacts, including Emperor Alexander I's cast iron bust, antique wine-making items, and period furniture from the 19th century.
The museum operates daily during summer from 9:00 to 18:00, offering wine tastings in candlelit cellars and guided tours through seven exhibition halls.
The basement contains a 6-meter-high vaulted cellar with special niches designed for storing rare wine bottles and features a fireplace for moisture control.
