General George Patton Museum of Leadership

The General George Patton Museum of Leadership sits at Fort Knox and displays more than 3,000 objects gathered from multiple wars. The collection spans tanks, trucks, personal items, and equipment that illustrate a century of military history.

The museum was founded in 1948 to preserve vehicles and equipment brought to Fort Knox by the Third Army during World War II. That initial collection grew into an institution documenting Patton's military legacy.
