Second Presbyterian Church, Gothic Revival church in South Loop, Chicago, United States
The limestone church features a corner bell tower, high-pitched gable roof, and rose window on South Michigan Avenue at 20th Street.
Established in 1874, the church interior underwent complete renovation after a fire in 1900, led by architect Howard Van Doren Shaw.
The sanctuary contains stained glass windows from William Morris Company and Tiffany Studios, along with 175 decorative angels by Frederic Clay Bartlett.
The church conducts Sunday services at 11:00 AM and offers free guided tours on Fridays from April through December, plus weekends.
The building stands as one of the finest examples of an Arts and Crafts church interior in America, earning National Historic Landmark status.
