Italian architect Manfredi Nicoletti designed this concept between 1968 and 1974 as a planned business center at the southern tip of Manhattan. The project was intended to reach a height of approximately 565 meters.
The structure's design drew inspiration from mammalian anatomy, incorporating biological principles into its innovative architectural approach for urban development.
