Canyon Blaster, Steel roller coaster in Lake George, New York, US.
Canyon Blaster features two lift hills and a double helix track configuration, reaching speeds of 45 miles per hour across 2,036 feet of track.
The roller coaster operated as Timber Topper at Opryland USA in Nashville from 1972 until 1997, before relocating to Great Escape in 2003.
The ride incorporates Western decorations including stagecoaches, steam trains, and mining equipment to align with the park's Ghosttown section theme.
Visitors must measure at least 42 inches tall to experience the two-and-a-half-minute ride at Six Flags Great Escape and Hurricane Harbor.
During summer 2013, the coaster operated backward for a limited time, offering riders a different perspective of its traditional forward-facing experience.
