Constructed in 1930 by Starrett & van Vleck architects, this building served as an exclusive men's athletic club until its transformation into residential units in 2005.

The building earned recognition as a New York City Landmark, representing the architectural innovations and social changes of Manhattan's Financial District development.

Current residents access modern amenities including fitness centers, yoga studios, massage rooms, steam rooms, and a business center across 12,000 square feet of space.

From 1935 to 2001, this building served as the original home of the Heisman Trophy ceremony, celebrating excellence in college football.
