Toshkent shahridagi Puchon universiteti, Educational institution in Chilonzor District, Tashkent, Uzbekistan
Bucheon University in Tashkent is an educational institution offering programs in humanities, natural sciences, engineering, and the arts across its modern campus on Chilonzor Street. The facilities include teaching areas, laboratories, and learning spaces designed to support diverse academic disciplines.
The university was established by a presidential decree in July 2018 as the first international campus of South Korea's Bucheon University in Central Asia. This project marked a new partnership between South Korea and Uzbekistan in higher education.
The university teaches in Korean and English while following South Korean educational methods. Students experience a daily blend of Central Asian and East Asian teaching approaches in their classrooms.
The university provides student housing and maintains an online portal for announcements and updates. Admission can be completed both online and at the campus location, offering flexibility for prospective students.
Graduates receive dual certification with a bachelor's degree from the Tashkent campus and an Associate Bachelor Degree simultaneously from the South Korean mother institution. This creates recognition valid in both regions.
