Antiguo Hotel Jardín, Cultural property and national historical monument in Maracay, Venezuela.
The Antiguo Hotel Jardín exhibits French architectural influences with a main facade measuring 220 meters long and 130 meters wide.
Built in 1929 and inaugurated in 1930, architect Carlos Raúl Villanueva designed this structure during the Juan Vicente Gómez period.
The building transformed from a luxury hotel to the headquarters of the Aragua State Government, marking significant changes in regional administration.
Since 2010, the building houses TeleAragua television station and Aragüeña 99.5 FM radio, located south of Plaza Bolívar.
The original cream-colored facade featured distinctive arches that were later removed during structural modifications of the building.
