Phú Xuyên

The district underwent administrative changes in 2023 through Resolution 1286, resulting in the reorganization of 23 commune-level units including 21 communes and 2 towns.

Local artisans from 37 recognized craft villages produce leather shoes in Phú Yên, garments in Vân Từ, and mother-of-pearl items in Chuyên Mỹ.

The district contains 43 irrigation stations, including the Khai Thái facility that pumps 25,000 cubic meters per hour to prevent flooding in eastern areas.

The territory features over 30 kilometers of rivers, including sections of the Red River, and maintains 12 kilometers of the North-South railway system.
