Roznovanu Palace

Roznovanu Palace is the city hall at the heart of Iași, featuring neoclassical architecture with marble Corinthian columns and distinctive trapezoidal roofs that have stood since 1832. The building houses municipal government offices and city council chambers where administrative work continues today.

The palace was completed in 1832 as a civic building for Iași's government operations. It became a focus of political events, including separatist protests in its courtyard during 1866 and wartime administrative use during World War I.
