The construction of this Bulgarian Orthodox church was completed in 1869 with funding from Macedonian and Thracian communities in the region.
The church bears the names of Roman emperor Constantine and his mother Helena, central figures in Orthodox Christian traditions.
Visitors need to contact the caretaker to access the interior of the church, which contains 74 icons in its restored iconostasis.
The eastern nave contains the relocated tombstone of Metropolitan Bishop Ewstatij, who served the Bulgarian Orthodox community until 1888.
