TTL Puli Brewery, Craft brewery in Puli Township, Taiwan
TTL Puli Brewery produces Shaoxing wine and beer using mountain spring water and ingredients grown in the surrounding region. The facility processes these local materials into finished products for sale and tasting.
The brewery started operating more than 70 years ago and was heavily rebuilt after the 1999 earthquake that damaged the region. This reconstruction shaped how it functions today.
The place shows how traditional Chinese winemaking still works today through tours where you can see the production process firsthand.
The site is accessible by bus from nearby larger cities, with clear signage to help you find your way around. The paths throughout the grounds are easy to walk and suitable for most visitors.
The main exhibition hall displays aged Shaoxing wines that have been stored for many years in special containers. These well-matured varieties demonstrate how time changes the flavor and character of the product.
