1211 Avenue of the Americas, International Style skyscraper in Midtown Manhattan, United States

The Celanese Building stands 180.44 meters tall with 45 floors, featuring vertical stripes of limestone and glass on Sixth Avenue between 47th and 48th Streets.

Completed in 1973, the structure formed part of the Rockefeller Center expansion project during the 1960s and 1970s, belonging to a group called the XYZ Buildings.

The structure houses the Fox News studios, where numerous television programs are produced and broadcast to millions of viewers across the United States.

The silver LEED-certified building contains 1,854,912 square feet of office space and connects directly to the New York City subway system through underground passages.

The building's facade includes stone piers beyond structural requirements, while continuous glass bands mask floor levels, creating an optical reduction in scale.
