Pacific Park

Pacific Park is a mixed-use development near Barclays Center with residential towers, shops, restaurants, and offices spread across multiple blocks. It combines housing of varying sizes with retail and workspace on the same property.

The land was formerly a rail yard and industrial area that underwent transformation beginning in 2003. Over time, this became a new neighborhood with modern housing and shops replacing the earlier industrial use.

One striking building here is the world's tallest apartment tower built from prefabricated modules assembled on-site. This construction method was faster and more efficient than traditional building techniques.
