The Puente de Andalucía stretches 455 meters across with steel cables supporting its reinforced concrete structure and stands 60 meters high above ground level.
The bridge, inaugurated on February 28, 2004, represents a significant advancement in Spanish infrastructure development during the early years of the 21st century.
Engineer Javier Manterola designed this contemporary bridge to complement the existing architectural landscape of Córdoba while adding modern structural elements.
The bridge spans 29.5 meters in width to accommodate multiple traffic lanes, providing an essential connection between different sections of Córdoba.
